Pricing

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£). Price may be subject to change without notice, but we will always inform
you of any price change prior to processing your order. Any pricing structures may differ if your order requires
express delivery or is bespoke in any way. This is because stock of delivery issues may cause an increase in price.
You will be fully informed of your price before your order is confirmed. All deliveries are charged to a UK address or an
estimated international delivery charge. If you have requested delivery outside of the UK, or if your postcode is outside
standard delivery zones, please note that you may have to pay extra delivery at a later stage when we know the total
cost of the order. If after receiving an order a pricing error or anomaly is made apparent, we maintain the right not to
fullfil the order. If this situation occurs the customer will be contacted and informed of the mistake.

Payment Terms

Credit account customers have 30 days to complete payment from invoice. Failure to do so will occur 15% of the
total on the invoice added to the final invoice. If you are having trouble with payment, please let one of the team at
Fatstickman Ltd know as soon as you receive your invoice or during the 30-day period from receiving the invoice and
we will do our best to help.
Non-account customers must pay for orders upon pro-forma. No goods will be processed until we have received full
payment and an e-mail conformation of proofs and any other relevant documents.

Orders

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a visual proof for you to check carefully and approve before
we print and or embroider. Once your visual proof has been approved we start processing the order immediately
and although we try and accommodate cancellations, we can’t guarantee that we will complete them, and you may
be liable for the full order price.

Sizes and Colour:

Please note, we order blank clothing, garments and products from wholesaler distributors, and then customise these
items with printing and embroidery for our clients. All sizes and colours shown online and in the catalogues, are not
under our control, and we cannot be held accountable for colour variations from on screen colours to real product
colours, nor can we be held responsible for sizing issues. We do our very best with our Quality Controls to manage
these rare problems. We highly recommend ordering samples to ensure these size and colour problems are not
encountered.

Visual layout approval

It is much better if you send us a visual template to ensure speed of service and accuracy. You are entitled to 2 revisions
/ changes free of charge with your visual. Further changes may be charged up to £15 per revision. Once you have
approved the visual layout your decision is final. Extra charges may be applied should you wish to make further changes
to approved visuals.
We will not proceed until you have approved the visuals which will usually be sent within 24 hours of payment.

Artwork disclaimer

We will print the artwork you supply us. When uploaded or emailing us any artwork you give Fatstickman Ltd full
consent to print the artwork or designs. You confirm that the artwork is yours to use, and/or free from copyright
infringement. You accept full responsibility in the event of any copyright infringement, and will fully indemnify
Fatstickman Ltd. When emailing us or uploading artwork and upon payment you accept this artwork disclaimer in full.
Our visual proofs are not to scale. The size of the actual printed artworks may vary to the representation and
proportions suitable. We will always aim to print your exact print sizes, but you accept there may be up to a 2cm
variance on print and embroidery sizes and positioning.Pantone colour matching: This can only be achieved with Screen
Printing. All other printing techniques will be the best colour match possible. Please note computer screen colours will
differ from final print colours. You must state Pantone colour references with your quote requests or via email, if they
apply. Failure to do so will mean we will use our expertise to best match on colours. If the artworks files are not print
ready and, therefore, do not match our artwork guidelines we will try to recreate the artworks free of charge, or if
significant work is required there may be an additional small charge. Artwork files that are not as per our artwork
guidelines may still be printed, but the quality of the print may be lower than we would like, and Fatstickman Ltd will
not be responsible, and your order will not qualify for a reprint or refund. or accept full responsibility and confirm you
have either provided print ready files, discussed this with us prior to payment, or are happy to pay a small charge, and
also confirm that we will not be held responsible for sub-quality print finishes that are caused as a result of sub-quality
and non-print ready artwork files.

Direct to garment printing, Variance and white underlay condition

DTG printing is a relatively modern technology and also it is dependent on ‘computer controlled output’.
Artwork files are checked by our print managers for quality purposes, but ultimately a computer machine reads these
colours and translates these colours into ink that gets jetted directly into the fabric. (Screen printing can match exact
Pantone colours and is controlled by the human eye, as such is ‘human controlled’ not computer controlled).
DTG output is, therefore, subject to variance. This means when printing the same design several times it may not
appear as sharp on one garment as another. Additionally, it may appear different on one garment to another garment
due to colours and materials reacting different to the inks. Sometimes, small speckles of white underlay can be seen on
dark garments too, this is most often due to sub-quality artwork which we do our best to avoid. You accept the above
information and accept a 10% variance and white underlay condition.

Dye-Sublimation

Due to the printing process for dye sublimation, it is normal that the print leaves white marks where there are creases.
These white marks are commonly found around the armpit area. Please be aware that a true black cannot be achieved
with dye sublimation as the T-Shirts can only absorb a certain amount of ink. Therefore, black can often not be as
saturated as some other colours and may appear ‘off-black’. Dye sublimation is primarily suited to all over randomly
placed designs, not position specific designs but please contact us if you have any doubts. Our standard dye sublimation
T-Shirts are unisex, lightweight, 100% polyester, and are available in sizes small, medium, large and extra-large. Please
consider this when submiting your designs for all over dye sublimation.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be subject to a charge because we may have already ordered stock, prepared artwork or re-organised
production of other jobs. Please note that a minimum charge of £25.00 or 15% of the total invoice will stand. This is a
restocking charge we get charged by our wholesalers. When paying for any order, you accept these terms and conditions.

Complaints procedure

We take complaints very seriously and we are unhappy if you’re not entirely satisfied with our services. If you wish to
make a complaint or request a refund, please contact us immediately and provide us with your invoice number or if this
is not possible then any relevant contact details such as your name and e-mail address used when you ordered.
You must then is relevant, attach photos to an e-mail to help us further understand your complaint so we’re then able
to take the necessary actions.Please note that refunds will only be considered after Fatstickman Ltd has been given
every opportunity to rectify any issues with the order.

Print/embroider only service – where you supply us with the garments

We offer a print/embroidery only service whereby you can purchase the garments separately and then send them to
us to be customised. When you use this service from us you understand that you’re sending the garments to us at your
own risk. If they are lost in transit, we will not be held responsible. You must track the delivery and handle any issues
that arise. In addition, we recommend test prints to ensure that the products are suitable for the printing technique
that you require. We keep a keen eye on our quality control process, but, if you are supplying the products and there
are problems with the print, embroidery or damage to the garments due to mechanical faults we will not be held
responsible for any of the cost of the garments/products. Customers supplying their own goods for embroidery and/or
printing are advised that embroidery and printing are mechanical processes and that there is a very small risk of
damage to those goods. Fatstickman ltd will only accept such goods on the strict understanding that they are in a clean
state and free of animal hairs and/or other impurities which might be hazardous to personnel or machinery. Embroidery
and/or printing of such goods is undertaken entirely at the customers own risk. To the fullest extent permitted at law
neither Fatstickman ltd nor any person employed by or connected with Fatstickman ltd will be liable for any damages of
any kind including and without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income
or profit or of damage to property and claims of third parties. For these terms ‘own goods’ means any item of textile
intended for embroidery and/or printing, which is the property of a third party and which was not supplied to the third
party by Fatstickman ltd. Submissions of goods for embroidery and/printing indicates acceptance of these terms in full.

Refunds

We will not accept returns or refunds on garments that have been personalised with embroidery and/or print unless the
garments or any of the personalisation is faulty and has been checked by a member of staff at Fatstickman Ltd. We will
not accept returns on plain garments unless there is a manufacturing fault with the garment that has been checked by a
member of staff at Fatstickman Ltd. All returns are subject to a £25 re-stocking fee
